Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to the United Kingdom and to most countries worldwide. If your country is available at checkout, we can deliver to you.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order.

Delivery time
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
United Kingdom: 4-8 business days
Europe: 6-12 business days
Rest of the world: 8-15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer during busy periods such as Christmas, or due to customs checks.

Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees, so please check with your local customs office if you're unsure.

Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel until it reaches your door.

Delays or missing parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your order, please email us at animalpals97@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it straight away. If your parcel is lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can update it as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please see our Refund Policy. We'll put it right at no cost to you.
